Job Summary
Manage loan portfolio and account management for SALT clients in Singapore and across DBS geographies; drive franchise and industry income; cross-sell Cash, Trade, Treasury & Markets and Investment Banking products; develop strategic account plans with semi-annual reviews; identify New-To-Bank targets; build deep maritime/shipping industry knowledge; assess client requirements and risk before proposing viable financing solutions; monitor credit risk and credit applications; work with product partners and Sustainability Team to capitalize on digital and sustainability opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant corporate banking/credit experience.
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, cashflow analysis along with strong credit analytical skills.
- Knowledge of bank's products and services (cash management, trade finance, working capital, term loans, FX, equity/debt capital markets, strategic advisory)
- Loan origination and execution experience
- Results-oriented, resourceful with good business networking in identifying and developing business opportunities.
