Job Summary
Initiate customer operational instructions and serve as the primary contact for corporate clients. Support Business Unit and Relationship Managers with daily enquiries, operational transactions, deal execution, and administrative tasks. Perform CDD/KYC and compliance matters, including account conduct monitoring, onboarding procedures, and KYC review for accounts. Fulfill internal monitoring requirements such as daily and cross-border deposit reports to ensure timely transaction processing. Collaborate with internal parties to deliver customer-focused service while adhering to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 5-8 years of experience in handling account opening and providing customer service to clients
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to take ownership, challenges and constantly get exposure to new knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of working in Private Equity, Commercial Banking and/or Cross Border Coverage
