Senior Associate/AVP: Asset-Backed Finance, Alternative Credit Solutions Group (Miami)

Asset-Backed Finance (ABF) Senior Associate/AVP in Miami, FL will support underwriting, due diligence, closing and asset management of asset-backed credit investments. Responsibilities include reviewing and underwriting asset-based transactions, creating and maintaining Excel models for asset-based cash flow, corporate and valuation analyses, preparing deal screens and investment committee presentations, performing market research and legal diligence (credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, forward flow agreements, key contracts), engaging with third-party diligence providers, and assisting with quarterly valuation, fund reporting and investor requests. The role also involves supporting term sheet construction and portfolio asset management, maintaining ABF deal pipelines, and delivering ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed. The position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office in Miami, FL).
