Job Summary
Lead immigration litigation in US Immigration Court and USCIS proceedings, including 42A, 42B, asylum, and CAT matters. Draft motions, waivers, applications, and evidence requests; prepare clients and witnesses for court and appointments. Manage complex family-based, employment-based, and removal defense cases while advising on strategic solutions and legal issues. Mentor junior attorneys and uphold high standards of ethical practice and confidentiality. Fluently communicate in English and Spanish to serve diverse clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar
- 5+ years of immigration law experience
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Understanding and adhering to KPI's and metrics
- Able to type 45 WPM or more
- Must have the ability to work on a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of H, L, E2, E-3, TN & O Visas
- PERM preferred but not required
