Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the IBG branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers. Manage a team of associates by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity and satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations to the management team to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while serving as a subject matter expert for complex operational issues. Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, or services that align with the bank's strategic objectives. Full-time regular schedule located at Two Harbour Square.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management
- Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
