Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of equity and wealth platform initiatives, including system enhancements, Agile testing, and User Acceptance Testing with business and technology partners. Support operational rollouts across internet and mobile channels, monitor platform performance, and analyze data for stability improvements. Raise and manage user stories, collaborate with design teams on journey flows, and provide post-go-live support for production issues and stakeholder enquiries. Develop project artefacts and operational documentation to ensure clear communication and adoption. As a key member of the Regional Equity Platform team, you will deliver reliable trading experiences and drive feature adoption for client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, i.e. requirements gathering, business analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience or strong knowledge of wealth investment products, particularly equities, with a sound understanding of equity markets and trading principles
- Solid IT and platform exposure, preferably involving banking or wealth management platforms such as AVALOQ
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
