Senior Associate, Asset Tax & Insurance

Job Summary
Conduct insurance compliance reviews for collateral within the Servicing portfolio, including ACORD policy analysis, third-party report verification, and annual premium documentation. Manage a portfolio of loans by ensuring accurate representation of loan requirements, flood determinations, and coverage limits in all files. Lead junior analysts by training on core functions, quality-checking their work, and providing feedback to maintain consistent attention to detail. Remediate non-compliant insurance by engaging proactively with borrowers and agents to clarify coverage limits, policy structures, and deductibles. Respond to time-sensitive requests from internal and external customers while monitoring deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed in advance of set timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, claims, or CRE insurance
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage industry of commercial insurance compliance processing
- Ability to educate others, able to translate insurance concepts into clear actionable information/instruction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions
- Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment
- Travel Requirements – 10%
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
