Job Summary
Lead and support the execution of strategic initiatives within Brookfield Properties’ Downtown Toronto Office Portfolio, including leasing optimization, capital expenditures, acquisitions and dispositions, financing structuring, and portfolio strategies. Manage and develop the Asset & Property Management teams, drive IFRS property valuations (Argus DCF) on a quarterly basis, oversee DCF value preparation with internal analysts and external appraisers, contribute to the annual business plan processes (leasing assumptions, rental inflation, operating and capital forecasts, expense recovery analysis, debt modelling), and cultivate relationships with joint venture partners while promoting professional development and accountability across the organization. Proficient in Argus Enterprise, Yardi, and Microsoft applications with Advanced Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills for NOI, cash flow enhancement, and value-add asset strategies; supervision and leadership of a diverse stakeholder group including tenants, lenders, consultants, and senior leadership.",
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred.
