Job Summary
Lead project leadership and deliver innovative design outcomes by coordinating consultants, managing client relationships, and mentoring early career designers. Manage projects from concept design through to construction while operating confidently in REVIT to produce visual assets. Work with Studio Directors on strategic outcomes, assist with submissions and proposals, and drive regenerative design across diverse scales. Prepare high-quality documentation and present to external client groups. Requires over 10 years of design experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency in REVIT. Based in Sydney with a supportive, inclusive culture focused on regenerative design and urban environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of design experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of best practice project management
- Ability to coordinate consultants
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Ability to mentor others
- Deep understanding of project life-cycles across a diverse range of scales and typologies
- Confidence managing projects from concept design all the way through to construction
- Operate confidently in REVIT
- Ability to produce excellent visual assets
- Ability to assist with development of submissions and proposals
- Ability to contribute to project design strategy
- Ability to supervise early career designers
- Ability to ensure design quality
- Ability to prepare high quality documentation
- Ability to confidently present to external client groups
- Ability to drive regenerative design outcomes
