Job Summary
Develop architectural approaches for solution layers and conduct feasibility studies for new or modified computer-based systems. Execute detailed analyses of client requirements using design principles to support meta-architectural strategies and IT architecture evaluations. Drive business development processes including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing, and delivery while maintaining relevant documentation. Monitor industry publications to develop domain-specific knowledge and assist in the continuous improvement of internal tools and methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field
- Moderate level experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
- Moderate level multi-technology infrastructure design experience
- Good working knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
- Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design couple with strategic thinking ability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of systems, software and programing languages
- Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
- Able to contribute information on relevant vertical markets
- Continuously learning, keeping up to date on developments in specific technology domains
Desired Qualifications
- Scaled Agile certification desirable
- Relevant consulting and technical certifications preferred, for example TOGAF
