Job Summary
Senior Associate in Applied AI ML focusing on developing NLP systems to serve customers and internal agents, contributing to end-to-end ML model development, productionizing services and platforms, and working across NLP, ML, and data processing pipelines within the bank's AI for Operations team. Responsibilities include applying NLP knowledge to solve business problems, contributing to the full product lifecycle, acting as an advanced contributor in system development, and bringing new knowledge and perspectives to the organization. Skills emphasized include NLP, ML, Python/Scala/Java, Spark, distributed infrastructure, and experience with large-scale ML solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate and master’s degrees in Computer Science
- Advanced demonstratable programming skills of 2 years (masters or industry experience) in more than 1 programming language
- Full understanding of and hands-on programming with data structures, algorithms, operating systems, compilers, databases, and systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills to present analytical findings and influence stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly programming in another language
