Job Summary
Senior Associate within the CAO Data team leads PMO and enablement for the AI Solutions portfolio, focusing on portfolio operations, governance, planning, and communication. Partners with product, technology, execution, and risk teams to manage day-to-day portfolio activities, establish operating cadences, and support governance and documentation. Delivers governance for model risk, data, privacy, security, and responsible AI, and creates portfolio artifacts such as dashboards, timelines, and executive summaries. Acts as a bridge across business, AI teams, technology, and risk to drive cross-team coordination and continuous PMO improvement. Ideal for a structured operator who thrives in matrixed environments and is passionate about enabling AI-driven innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, business operations, consulting, or strategy support roles
- Strong organizational and execution skills with experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and produce clear, executive-ready materials
- Comfort working in highly matrixed environments with senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in AI and analytics with a willingness to build foundational AI literacy (no hands-on modeling required)
