Job Summary

Senior Associate, AI Engineer responsible for developing GenAI/LLM applications and integrations under guidance, building and testing AI models and conversational agents, assisting with data preparation for model training/deployment, configuring AI solutions into enterprise apps via cloud platforms, and documenting processes and workflows. Requires collaboration with project teams, staying updated on AI tools, travel as required, and a strong foundation in AI/ML with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field, plus hands-on experience with major cloud AI platforms, Python or equivalent, and conversational AI frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or cloud technologies experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree a plus
  • Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI)
  • Proficiency in Python or another programming language used in AI/ML
  • Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, virtual assistants, agents) and APIs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-based, client-focused environment
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
