Job Summary
Senior Associate Account Manager for Personal Lines, in-office in Garrett, IN. Responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams; building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders; conducting regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities; developing and executing account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals; identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations; coordinating onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery; resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner; ensuring service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded; CRM experience (Salesforce or AMS360); relationship-building and client advocacy; strategic thinking and problem-solving; ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities; data-driven decision making; cross-functional collaboration; monitoring contract utilization, renewals, and expansions; and other duties as described in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School degree
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
- Microsoft suite of products
- AMS360 experience a plus
