Job Summary
Collaborate with clients across geographies to monitor private credit transactions spanning corporate credit, ABS, RMBS, and CRE. Oversee portfolio onboarding and integration on Oxane's proprietary platform, conducting detailed analysis of covenants, borrowing base reports, and credit agreements. Establish robust quality-check systems for portfolio monitoring and coordinate timelines with internal IT teams for transaction setup. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and driving operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to established policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis
- Familiarity with financial documents and data in private credit
- Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvements and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in Private credit, Structured Finance, Credit Analysis or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Credit, ABS, RMBS, CRE, and other private credit asset classes
