Job Summary
Attend to motor claims in the ADSC garage, analyze and resolve complex claim-related issues, and collaborate with garage staff, customers, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and update claim status. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines, develop and maintain an understanding of claim handling processes, laws, and regulations, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to process improvements. Leverage leadership skills to motivate and guide team members and provide exceptional customer service to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in any stream
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Automobile and related aspects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computer software applications and systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
