Job Summary
Senior Associate 1, CQRM for RSM's Consulting Quality and Risk Management team. Supports timely execution and development of the quality and risk management programs including QIP and DA Teams, with focus on delivering project health assessments, data trend analysis, and monthly reporting. You will work with the Consulting Delivery Assurance and Quality Inspection Program teams, leveraging tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, and ChatGPT. Requires ability to collect, summarize, and analyze data, plus coaching/mentoring responsibilities for team members. Third shift (equivalent to US EST) availability is required. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and quality assurance across engagements, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple teams and deliver insights to client projects. Notable duties include supporting DA and QIP initiatives, creating and presenting written and verbal communications, and contributing to ad hoc reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management information systems, computer science or accounting
- Strong writing, research and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Strong technical knowledge and competence
- Deal confidently with complex business and technical problems
