Job Summary
Senior Associate/AVP, Investment Operations Specialist (Settlement & Reconciliation) sits within Global Financial Markets Operations, supporting Derivatives Clearing and Execution for post-trade processes including trade capture, funding, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of trade/position processing, supporting new business initiatives, maintaining control frameworks, and collaborating with brokers/exchanges/regulators. Location on DBS Asia Hub in Singapore with shifts; requires ability to operate in a fast-paced, control-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in global markets derivatives operations (futures brokerage or investment banking)
- Experience in system enhancements, automation, or data analysis (e.g. VBA, Excel, SQL) is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
