Senior Assistant Property Manager (CRE)

Senior Assistant Property Manager oversees and supports property management operations under the Property Manager, supervising staff, coordinating tenant-related activities, maintaining files and financial records, and ensuring facilities meet client standards. Key duties include managing building staff in the Property Manager’s absence, handling communications with clients/tenants/vendors, preparing lease abstracts and rent rolls, coordinating tenant moves and improvements, overseeing work and purchase orders, maintaining tenant service programs and documentation, supporting annual budgets and CAM reconciliations, and ensuring regulatory and insurance compliances. Essential competencies include initiative, organization, time management, strong communication, customer focus, multi-tasking, and sense of urgency. The role requires travel between properties and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, plus real estate/property management experience and licensure/designation eligibility.
