Job Summary
Senior Assistant Program Manager for West Lake Cottage 2 (Full Time, 1st Shift) overseeing administrative duties, employee relations and evaluations, monthly reporting, and assisting in hiring/onboarding. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, promotes independence, coordinates transportation and participation in community activities, provides personal care/assistance with activities of daily living, and administers medications with health monitoring. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of leadership experience, and a Michigan driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of leadership experience required
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
