Job Summary
As the Senior Assistant Manager for Environmental Sustainability at NTU, oversee sustainability projects and monitor environmental performance. Responsibilities include analyzing campus energy and utilities consumption, providing solutions for energy efficiency, and reporting sustainability data to government agencies. Manage Green Mark renewals for existing buildings, review contractor submissions, and operate Building Management and Utility Management systems. Candidates should have a degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Building or Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant engineering/technical disciplines.
- At least 5 years’ work experience in building services, M&E and/or Green Mark consultancy, or relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good project management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of sustainability trends and developments, including low- or zero-carbon technologies.
- Good understanding of BCA Green Mark requirements and criteria.
- Experience with Green Mark and sustainability initiatives, including renewal for existing buildings.
- Good knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and ACMV controls.
