Job Summary
Senior Assistant I - Broker Support in Argentina. Responsibilities include formalizing coverage notes, including clauses, ensuring documentation is error-free, sending documents to the re insurer, assembling necessary materials, managing coverage placements, and performing analysis, quotes, and placements of coverage. Ideal candidate is a final-year student or graduate with up to 1 year of client-facing or broker experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), and with intermediate English. Strong emphasis on communication with clients, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, organization, emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Estudiante en el último año de su carrera o titulada
- 1 año máximo de experiencia en atención a clientes
- experiencia como broker preferible
- manejo de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas)
- inglés intermedio preferente
- buena comunicación y relación con clientes
