Job Summary
Develop and implement property-wide financial strategies that maximize return on investment while executing an annual business plan aligned with brand objectives. Analyze financial data, forecast sales against expenses, and create annual budget plans to identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements. Lead the finance and accounting team by assigning accountability, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring cross-training for daily operations. Manage working capital, cash flow, and tax compliance, while overseeing internal and external audit processes to safeguard assets. Ensure accurate P&L documentation, timely report submission, and adherence to standard operating procedures across all financial activities.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
- 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
