Job Summary
Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators while supporting the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales objectives. Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service, coach the retail artistry team on standards, and maintain impeccable visual merchandising and grooming. Collaboratively manage day-to-day operations on counter, extend customer service beyond the store to drive direct marketing opportunities, and implement development plans with regular reviews. Execute flawless grooming standards and propose events to unlock commercial success. Full-time, 40-hour position in Covent Garden.
