Senior Asset Valuations Analyst (London)

Job Summary
Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly quality control checks on OTC and Sec Fin asset valuations. Collaborate with pricing model owners to develop remediation action plans and monitor findings to ensure timely corrective actions. Prepare metrics and reporting for senior committees while improving policy awareness through stakeholder coordination. Develop processes supporting asset valuations, maintain vendor and counterparty engagement, and own pricing and valuation policies. Assist with model validation testing plans and evaluate model inputs and theory. Manage relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of derivatives, including but not limited to IRS, Inflation products, CDS, Equity Swaps and Options
- Experience gained in a Product Control, Risk or Middle Office role in an Investment Bank and/or a Valuations, Control or Middle Office role in an Investment Manager
- Excellent understanding of OTC derivative and Secured Finance asset pricing
- Understanding of OTC Collateral Management including impact of CSA terms
- Experience of exchange traded derivatives and securities valuations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, governance and pricing policy frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Strong MS Excel, and VBA, SQL knowledge beneficial
- Experience with Bloomberg
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
