Job Summary
Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager responsible for full-cycle multifamily asset operations from acquisition through disposition in the Des Moines, IA area. Lead value-add initiatives by executing business plans to achieve NOI growth, oversee capital improvement projects, and hold third-party managers accountable using KPIs and reviews. Conduct financial performance analyses, variances, and risk assessments; perform site visits and prepare concise stakeholder reports. Requirements include 7+ years in multifamily asset/portfolio management with a proven track record in value-add execution, budgeting and variance analysis, CapEx management, and external partnerships. Independent, action-oriented leader with strong ownership; bilingual strongly preferred. Base salary up to ~$150k plus bonus; entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and opportunities to shape processes for an expanding investment platform.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in multifamily asset/portfolio management
- experience executing value-add plans
- strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, KPI-driven decisions
- experience managing CapEx and external partners
- independent operator with leadership collaboration
- bilingual strongly preferred
