Job Summary
Senior Asset Manager with 7+ years of multifamily asset management experience overseeing a portfolio to maximize NOI, manage budgets, and drive value-add renovations. Responsible for KPI monitoring across revenue, expenses, occupancy, leasing, and capital projects; collaborating with property management to align with business plans; preparing monthly financials and variance analyses; tracking capital expenditures and ROI; supporting annual operating budgets and reforecasts; coordinating with acquisitions, accounting, investor relations, and leadership; presenting asset performance updates to internal and external stakeholders; identifying risks and opportunities for value creation; and contributing to portfolio-level planning and disposition strategies. Requires strong financial modeling (Excel), experience with Yardi/RealPage, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Finance/Business (MBA preferred); CPM and acquisition/disposition experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in multifamily real estate asset management
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management/accounting platforms
- Experience overseeing value-add renovations, lease-up strategies, and large-scale multifamily operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- CPM certification a plus
- Acquisition disposition experience a plus
- Class A high rise and mid rise experience a plus
