Senior Asset Management Officer/ Senior Loan Recovery Officer

Lead and manage a team responsible for the recovery of non-performing loans and write-offs, representing the company in recovery processes to enhance performance and productivity. Investigate and negotiate with late clients to settle overdue amounts or secure property, while managing asset repossession including vehicles, tractors, and heavy equipment. Engage legal procedures, issue court letters, and provide judgment on legal proceedings to locate and repossess assets through collaboration with local authorities, municipal police, and courts. Restructure plans for NPL clients experiencing reduced income and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve key performance indicators. Travel to 25 cities and provinces, with opportunities for international meetings and training with BSP and RMA Group.
