Senior Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •broad awareness of the state of the practice of Asset Management in one or more asset-intensive sectors, including power, transport, municipal assets, and data centers, and common challenges from inside and outside the organization affecting their ability to achieve their objectives
• •Systematic approaches to asset information management including the definition of business needs for information, definition of information requirements and standards, data governance, and data quality assurance within the context of Asset Management
• •IT systems that support and enable Asset Management, typical business drivers for IT procurement projects and the systems engineering principles that underpin successful IT system procurement and delivery
• •End-to-end business processes such asset investment planning, maintenance work planning and delivery, operational readiness planning and capital project handoff, asset performance monitoring and reporting, and management of change
• •Stakeholder and customer engagement and communication mechanisms, for purposes of communicating and gathering information both inside and outside the organization
• •Planning and Delivery - works comfortably in a fast-paced environment, executing work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently, delivering projects or tasks on time and to budget

Desired Qualifications

• •Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, Trapeze, Hexagon EAM)
• •Experience developing KPIs, analyzing trends, and performing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics
• •Experience developing models and tools to support risk assessment, with performance analysis and forecasts of future performance across multiple criteria
• •Experience applying scenario planning and constraints in development of tools to optimize individual projects, capital improvement programs, and maintenance intervention strategies (including but not limited to Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• •Experience designing, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• •Experience leading the design and implementation of complex extract, transform and load (ETL) processes from multiple sources, ensuring scalability, efficiency, accuracy and reliability
• •Experience processing confidential data and information according to data standards and information security protocols
• •Experience communicating and presenting data analytics insights to the team and clients, with an emphasis on implications for lifecycle decision-making about assets, business process improvement, and organizational strategy
• •Experience preparing visualizations and distillations of findings to incorporate into formal reports and documents
• •Experience assembling and analyzing information about client organizations to understand how gaps in current Asset Information Management capabilities prevent them from achieving their desired outcomes
• •Experience identifying organizational improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of business transformation and technology change projects, providing IT system implementation assurance, improving the effectiveness of data analytics within the broader scope of lifecycle information management and helping clients deliver more value from information technology
• •Experience assessing gaps and recommending specific improvements to information standards, data quality assurance processes, and governance of information and IT systems
• •Experience delivering project work, including but not limited to, facilitating internal and external workshops, writing and editing reports, incorporating graphics and visualizations in collaboration with graphic designers, and delivering presentations
• •Experience managing scope, schedule and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating program and project risks, collaborating with technical assurance leads and subject matter experts, and coordinating among team members
• •Experience supporting business development and sales activities including identifying new opportunities, supporting bid work, proposal writing, and presentation development
• •Contribution to leading thinking on emerging business and Asset Management topics
