Job Summary
Senior Asset Management Consultant for AMCL's US West Coast team. Lead and deliver asset management transformation projects for infrastructure clients, including asset management capability improvement, asset information projects, and data analytics. Manage project lifecycle from sourcing to closure, collaborate with global teams, and lead business development activities such as identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and delivering presentations. Conduct data analyses, develop financial models for whole lifecycle cost analysis, and produce asset management artefacts in collaboration with clients. SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, or related fields
- Minimum of six years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization
- Strong analytical skills with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VBA)
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Self-starter with initiative
- Emotional intelligence and maturity
