Job Summary
Senior Asset Management Associate to run the engine behind Flock's Fund: oversee third-party property managers to standards, drive portfolio returns through valuations, rental rates, capex and make-ready scopes; produce detailed financial reports; lead cross-team initiatives; execute dispositions with partner agents; manage SMA relationships; collaborate with Legal on asset-level matters. Requires 4-6 years of asset management experience, Excel/BI fluency, strong legal judgment, ownership mindset, grit, and ethical professionalism. Location-focused on Denver, CO; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA with travel ~10%.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years asset management experience
- Residential portfolios management experience (single family preferred)
- Excel and BI fluency (intermediate or better)
- Ability to read data and tell story behind it (data storytelling)
- Sound judgment on legal issues; know when to escalate
- Ownership mindset; balanced speed and prioritization
- Grit and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Problem solving across property management teams, institutional partners, and markets
- Ethical and professional conduct
