Senior Asset Accounting Analyst

Senior Asset Accounting Senior Analyst responsible for accurate end-to-end asset accounting, reporting, and compliance activities including ledger entries, fixed asset postings, monthly/quarterly reporting, audits, and tax transactions. Leads a team, partners with senior stakeholders across BP’s GBS and finance teams, and drives process improvements, coaching, and training to ensure operational excellence and strong internal controls. Requires proactive analytics, root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver timely performance insights (KPI, QAR) and partner with embedded finance peers to resolve complex issues.
