Job Summary
Senior Assembler to support the Manufacturing Department. Responsible for efficient and accurate assembly, preparation of parts and testing of products using the Bill of Materials and drawings; will train partners and help develop processes. Read diagrams, assemble electrical/electronic systems and support structures, perform soldering (lead- and lead-free), inspect boards, perform quality control checks, maintain inventory, and document assembly processes. Requires experience with ISO processes, ability to read blueprints/drawings, use hand tools and electrical/pneumatic drivers, and be able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with electrical, electronic and mechanical assembly
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with soldering, thru hole and surface mount
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with board building
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with product testing
- Previous working knowledge of ISO Processes and Documentation
- Ability to work overtime as required/requested – including before and after shift and on Saturdays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
