Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer leads end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms, architecting secure, compliant solutions and deploying scalable AI systems. Responsibilities include defining design patterns, optimizing operational pipelines, orchestrating model pipelines and multi-agent workflows, creating reusable SDKs/frameworks, and ensuring integration across product, engineering, security, and governance teams. Work involves leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, multi-agent orchestration, and API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals to deliver observable, cost-efficient, and HIPAA-compliant AI solutions with a focus on secure deployment, production readiness, and internal reuse.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field or equivalent practical experience delivering production AI/ML systems.
- 5 years in production-grade AI/ML (Required)
- 3 years building and operating production AI/ML systems - training, deployment, monitoring (Required)
- One year GenAI/LLM or RAG solution delivered to production or equivalent experience open-source contributions, or startups (Required)
