Job Summary
Senior Art Director will actively participate in the creative process for campaigns with clients, crafting the visual world for multi-channel campaigns, managing digital design processes, and contributing to idea development and campaign execution. The role requires collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-quality visuals, coordinating with teams to ensure timely project delivery, integrating new technologies and design trends, maintaining the brand's visual language, and supporting client presentations when needed. World-class visual design, trend awareness, and strong communication are essential, with a focus on digital platforms and cross-channel collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or equivalent (Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi mezunu)
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in an advertising agency
- Experience as an Art Director on multi-channel campaigns
- Strong grasp of evolving trends in digital channels
- Ability to follow design trends closely and continuously develop
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication, meticulousness, and responsibility
- Proficiency in English
