Job Summary
Senior Art Director responsible for owning the production and evolution of Engrain’s sales collateral library, acting as a design architect to translate raw content into high-end pitch decks, one-pagers, and promotional pieces. Lead brand evolution across the collateral ecosystem, design “smart” template structures for sales sheets, and craft visually sophisticated, data-driven visuals (including charts and dashboards) that facilitate client conversations and accelerate the sales cycle. Must operate with autonomous ownership, establishing visual standards and scalable processes for premium design. Requires 8–10+ years in design within B2B SaaS/PropTech/CRE, expert-level Adobe CC and Figma, and a proven ability to produce high-volume, error-free work while defending design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or Commercial Real Estate
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- ability to design high-volume sales collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks)
- strong information architecture and data visualization skills
- excellent design judgment and ability to defend design choices
- strong collaboration with leadership (CEO, VP of Marketing)
- ability to translate strategic direction into branded visual assets
- experience in brand evolution and scaling of collateral
Desired Qualifications
