Job Summary

Senior Area Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest territory (Washington, Oregon, Alaska) focused on developing new business and expanding existing accounts through strategic relationship management with TPAs, insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and attorneys. Responsibilities include new account development, servicing Emperion clients, prospecting and supporting new clients within the territory, attending industry conferences, and extensive travel (overnight travel may be required). Tasks include submitting annual branch plans and quarterly territory blueprints, maintaining a monthly sales pipeline, participating in bi-monthly pipeline calls, providing product/service presentations, completing required reporting, and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, organization, time management, negotiation, and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in healthcare, managed care, or related industries is a plus
