Job Summary
Lead cost management for construction tenders and develop the tender strategy to ensure profitability. Define target costs, price sub-contractors and procured items, and analyze financial risks and market factors. Prepare, review, and authorize direct costs (dry costs) and overheads, review tenders for financial soundness, monitor tender performance, and collaborate with procurement and project managers to ensure optimal project delivery. Develop detailed tender reports, maintain client relationships, and lead weekly tender meetings while ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering
- 4-7 years of proven experience within the construction contractor
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English written and spoken
- General MS Office Program skills
- Experience in dealing with complex tenders
- Team player
- Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
