Senior Architectural Visualisation Artist (Freelance)

Job Summary
Senior freelance architectural visualisation artist role leading projects from concept to final delivery for APAC-region work. You will collaborate with the Executive Creative Director from our London studio, delivering images, animations, and VR experiences with autonomy, and must showcase lighting, composition, and cinematic language in a strong portfolio. Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona/Vray, familiarity with Unreal Engine or AI-integrated workflows (ComfyUI/SD) is a plus, and you should be able to interpret architectural packages and translate them into compelling visual content. You are production-ready from day one with your own infrastructure and a capability to manage deadlines within flexible, globally distributed production windows. Availability for 6 hours overlap with NZST business day is required; otherwise you can manage remaining production time on your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating photorealism and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in ArchViz pipeline including 3ds Max and Corona/Vray
- Experience with Unreal Engine or AI-integrated workflows (ComfyUI/SD) is a plus
- Ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere or similar for composition/animation
- Strong understanding of architectural design packages and translating into visual content
- Self-sufficient with autonomy to manage timelines and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate withExecutive Creative Director across time zones
- Production readiness including own infrastructure (workstation, dual-monitor setup, reliable internet)
