Job Summary
An experienced Architectural Technologist is sought to join the architectural team, tasked with turning preliminary designs into buildable solutions. Key responsibilities include providing technical design support, managing project teams, overseeing design delivery, and coordinating across various disciplines. The candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in design tools like REVIT and Navisworks, alongside knowledge of Building Regulations. Leadership in managing technical teams and ensuring effective communication with contractors are essential.
Required Qualifications
- HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognized approved equivalents
- Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or recognized approved equivalent)
- Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance
- Experience in REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM (Building Information Modelling)
- Ability to manage and supervise technical project teams
- Capability to organize and coordinate Design Teams and sub-contractors

- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
