Job Summary
Senior Architectural & Structural Sales role responsible for identifying new precast construction opportunities, supporting preconstruction efforts, and guiding projects from concept through completion. Develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers; present precast solutions at trade shows and industry events; collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, engineering, and project teams; assist with layouts, preliminary estimates, scheduling, and value-added design solutions; maintain CRM opportunity data; and achieve ~ $10M in annual personal sales. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction sales, precast concrete or related building materials, strong communication/presentation skills, and a proactive, self-directed approach. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred or 10+ years in precast project management/operations. Requires valid driver’s license and willingness to visit active plant/field locations. Occasional plant/field visits and PPE use required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
- OR 10+ years of experience in precast project management, estimating, or operations
- Experience with precast concrete and structural systems
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
