Job Summary
Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of architectural projects from inception to completion; collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; utilize project management tools to monitor progress, budgets, and resources; coordinate design development using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam; review construction documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes; drive timely delivery within scope and budget across retail, restaurant, and commercial projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam (PDF markup), CAD tools, and project management platforms
- Strong understanding of construction processes, renovation projects, and construction management practices
- Excellent drafting skills with experience in detailed technical drawing production using CAD and Revit
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff
- Knowledge of building codes
