Job Summary
Senior Architectural Project Manager – Healthcare based in Saint Paul, MN. Lead multiple healthcare design projects from programming through construction administration, serving as primary client liaison while owning budgeting, scheduling, and scope coordination. Direct and mentor internal design teams, support business development through proposals, interviews, presentations, and industry events, and cultivate long-term client relationships to pursue new healthcare opportunities. Requires 15+ years of healthcare architectural experience; strong knowledge of healthcare design standards and regulations; leadership and client relationship skills. Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency; Bachelor’s degree required with licensure preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with minimum 3 days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive architectural experience with healthcare project experience
- strong knowledge of healthcare design standards and regulations
- leadership in managing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes
- client relationship skills and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree; professional architecture degree and licensure preferred
- working knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
