Job Summary
Oversee architectural design from concept to construction while coordinating with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to integrate all systems. Ensure designs meet local building codes, fire safety standards, accessibility, and zoning regulations. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects; provide guidance to junior architects and draftsmen. Participate in site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure construction quality matches design intent. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes. Requires 8–15 years of experience in architectural engineering, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM coordination, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
