Senior Architect

Senior Architect leading a team to produce architectural design solutions and construction drawings for multi-disciplinary projects in the Greater Toronto Area; manage staff, lead project meetings, and coordinate building disciplines; perform internal reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM standards; research materials, products and technologies for design details and specifications; manage a team of consultants; ensure effective client communication; oversee project delivery within cost, quality, and schedule targets, including the financial aspects (planning, scheduling, forecasting, staffing) and collaboration with accounting; travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites; requires Ontario licensure (OAA) or eligibility, 10+ years experience, and knowledge of BIM principles/workflows, REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam; visualization software and Adobe Creative Suite experience are assets; experience or desire to work with Indigenous communities is also considered an asset.
