Job Summary
Senior Architect experienced in architectural and civil drafting for residential and commercial real estate. Develop, review, and modify drawings using AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Civil 3D; prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, utility layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure drawings; ensure compliance with building codes and zoning; coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and construction teams; support technical documentation, design specifications, and construction drawings across project lifecycles; maintain organized records of drawings and revisions; stay updated on industry best practices and drafting technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in architectural/civil drafting
- expertise in AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- ability to prepare detailed site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, utility layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure drawings
- strong reading of blueprints and construction drawings
- knowledge of local building regulations, zoning requirements, and industry standards
- coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- ability to manage multiple projects and maintain documentation accuracy
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement
