Job Summary
Collaborate with the design team and subconsultants to deliver high-quality architectural projects, managing the full design process from concept to construction administration. Direct and oversee high-quality documentation, provide technical guidance, and explore new solutions while leading presentations with clients and municipalities. Drive projects toward successful completion by handling RFIs, site visits, field reports, and submittal reviews independently. Manage the design team and foster a productive environment that motivates others to perform at their best. Participate in industry networking activities to maintain professional connections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Clear understanding of applicable codes & building construction systems, materials, and standards
- Understanding of Permitting & Entitlement process
- High proficiency with Revit, Sketchup, & Adobe Creative Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, justice, institutional, commercial and research areas preferred
