Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for robust, scalable Java-based applications. Lead the development team in implementing best practices, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Evaluate tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency while identifying and mitigating technical risks. Stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously improve architecture and development processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience as a Java Architect with strong cloud platform and containerization expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and ecosystem
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Experience with enterprise application development and distributed systems
- Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Java or related technologies
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
