Senior Architect/Project Manager

Job Summary
Create, manage, and produce projects in public and private sectors including governmental, commercial, higher education, healthcare, and industrial clients. Coordinate and manage projects across architecture and other disciplines while assisting with business development efforts such as market research, client relationships, lead generation, and securing contracts. Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents through effective communication with design teams, clients, and agencies. Requires a registered architect with 10+ years of experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, and MS Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in Illinois and/or Wisconsin
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Multidisciplinary experience in any or all of the following markets: Governmental, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Industrial
- Experience with responding to Requests for Proposals, Expression of Interests, Statement of Qualifications
- Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, MS Office suite, MS Project, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management training is preferred
- Experience with public project delivery process - CDB (Illinois) and/or DFD (Wisconsin) is preferred
