Senior Architect / Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead projects from planning through construction, including schematic design, documentation, and construction administration. Establish project plans and oversee execution from kickoff through occupancy while coordinating engineering and specialty consultants. Participate in internal and external meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support design work with 3D models and visualizations. Assist with client presentations and strategies to secure new work, estimate costs, track budgets, and manage schedules, billings, and contracts. Provide mentorship to team members and operate with a high level of autonomy under a Vice President. Qualified employees participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with annual allocations.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environments
- Experience with BIM and hands-on production and coordination workflows
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Revit experience preferred as the firm continues its transition to industry standards
- Familiarity with Deltek/Vantage or similar project management systems a plus
